Open-source notices

Auto Academic Paper is a proprietary application built with open-source software. We thank the people who make these libraries, rendering tools, and fonts available. Each component keeps its own license and its users keep the rights that license grants.

TikZ diagrams and fonts

The separately loaded browser renderer uses the artisticat1 TikZJax fork, including a GPL-licensed DVI converter. It is distributed under GNU GPL version 3 or later, with the included components retaining their applicable notices. Its source download contains third-party renderer code and build materials, separate from the proprietary application.

• LaTeX Project Public License, version 1.3c — applies to the server-side node-tikzjax package; its GPL DVI dependency retains its separate terms.
• BaKoMa font copyright and permission notice. The distributed fonts include the upstream soft-hyphen glyph patch; the original font location and author details are retained in this notice.
• Text and math font licenses — Inter, Lora, Merriweather, Playfair Display, Computer Modern Unicode, and KaTeX.

Source and object-code access are provided here at no charge. The renderer and font authors do not provide support for Auto Academic Paper. These third-party components are provided without warranty, as described in their licenses.

Other dependencies

Read the dependency copyright notices and license texts. These include React, TanStack, KaTeX, Lucide, shadcn UI, pdf-parse, Lightning CSS, and the other packaged dependencies. Lightning CSS retains MPL 2.0; source for that component is available from its upstream project, with details in the notices.
